James T. Barrett graduated manga cum laude from Loras College, obtained an MA from University College, Dublin and earned his law degree from Marquette University.

Mr. Barrett practices in the areas of worker's compensation, social security disability, and personal injury.  He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys.  He has a breadth of knowledge drawn from both his business and legal backgrounds that makes him attuned to understanding the hardships faced by people with significant injuries or disabilities.  He exclusively represents injured and disabled individuals and maintains a statewide practice.
