I am an Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Tax attorney.  In these areas, I advise clients regarding Wills, Trusts, Business Successon Planning, Special Needs Planning, Long Term Care Planning, and Taxes affecting their estates and families.  We also advise clients regarding Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate Designations and Living Wills.

I also handle all types of Probate and Trust Administraitons.  I represent individuals and organizations appointed as Executor, Administrator or Trustee, as well as beneficiaries of Estates and Trusts. 

I have significant experience handling complex Estate Plans and Estate/Trust Administrations, including International Estate Planning and Estate/Trust Administration.  

I also speak frequently at various seminars on Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Special Needs Planning and Long-term Care Planning, including the University of Louisville Business School sponsored Louis A. Grief Tax Institute.

I am a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, and admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
