After practicing law at a 10 attorney firm for nearly 20 years, I decided that if I wanted a true ownership interest in my practice I would need to go out on my own.  I started my solo practice in 2013 and I have never looked back.  My practice primarily involves workers compensation and I am certified as a specialist in that area by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  I also handle personal injury matters.  While I am more than willing and able to litigate any issue, what sets me apart from other attorneys is my ability to successfully mediate an issue to a conclusion.  I have a knack for convincing the other side that a particular resolution is in their best interests.  In that way, the matter is settled in a cost efficient manner for my client and achieves the goals they have set forth. 

Although I am a solo attorney I have a remarkable assistant that works with me on every case. We have worked together for over a quarter century.  I am unique among many of my peers in that when you hire me, that is what you get. I do the initial intake and handle all aspects of your case. When you go to court I will be at your side.    You will have my cell phone available to you 24/7. 

My primary office location is in Montgomery County and I am able to provide services statewide.  The majority of my clients are located in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Berks Lehigh and Philadelphia counties.  However, in order to serve a growing need in the northeast part of the state, I opened up a satelite location in Monroe County.  The Pocono office will address the needs of clients in Monroe, Carbon, Northampton, Luzerne, Lakawanna, Wayne, Pike, Wyoming and Susquehanna counties.  I am available for office consultations as well as home and virtual visits regardless of where in Pennsylvania you are located.
