Biography

I am board certified in criminal law and criminal appellate law and focus my practice on the defense of citizens accused of criminal conduct. I am experienced in the defense of all criminal cases, from simple misdemeanors to complex felony offenses. I am well versed in the defense of juvenile offenders, and clients in federal court. I have represented clients in more than 250 appeals in six courts of appeal in Texas as well as the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas and the Fifth Circuit COurt of Appeals.
