I primarily represent individuals and small businesses in disputes relating to employment. and business. Due to my own life experiences, I recognize how important it is for each individual to be able to work or pursue their life dreams without encountering unlawful conduct.  I have  assisted women facing glass ceilings in compensation and discrimination based upon pregnanacy.  I have assisted factory workers and white collar executives who went to work only to face discrimination based upon their race, national origin and gender.  I have represented both males and females who have been subjected to sexual harassment.  I represent individuals with disabilites who face discrimination at work.  I review severance agreements for fairness and equitable terms.  My clients are my heroes because it takes courage,strength and patience to pursue their rights.  As such, I believe that it is important to be my clients' dedicated advocate in all aspects of representation.
