Born and raised in Iowa, in a small town outside Des Moines. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Iowa State University with double majors in Political Science and Psychology. I earned my Juris Doctor (law) degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.

I was privileged to begin my legal career at the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware. In only 18 months, I tried 12 jury trials and over 60 non-jury trials. In 2001 I left Delaware and moved to New Jersey. I am currently licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to starting my own Firm, I was employed by defense firms, which allowed me to learn the law as it applies to employers and defendants. I gained valuable experience and insight into the internal dealings of employers and management in both the private and public sectors.

I represent clients who have been injured on the job, as well as, municiple/traffic violations, auto accidents, and slip & fall. I have represented employees and citizens of this State against multi-million dollar companies, as well as state and local municipal government. I have zealously provided representation to clients whose rights have been violated, and have prosecuted all types of matters involving:
