Jan-Paul Lukas is a native to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  His advocacy skills began during his collegiate career as a member of top 10 National Mock Trial Team in the country. Through law school he continued to hone his advocacy skills by participating in  courses from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy under the direction of a prestigious Circuit Court Judge. After Law School Mr. Lukas was choosen to be a Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court of Wicomico County for the Adminstrative Judge.
