For more than 20 years, I have represented people who have suffered injury as a result of medical malpractice. 

Over the years I have represented hundreds of  patients who have suffered injury as the result of a wide range of medical errors including birth injuries, emergency room negligence, delay in diagnosing cancer, surgical errors, problems with infections and injury as a result of prescribed medications.

My goal is always to achieve settlement of the case without having to go to court but I am willing to fight cases all the way to trial if we are unable to achieve a fair settlement from the hospital or doctor.

I started my legal career as a solicitor in England and moved to the USA in 1999. I am one of the few medical malpractice attorneys lilicensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. I handle cases in  Vancouver,  SW Washington, Portland and surrounding areas.
