Biography

Jane K.Penhaligen specializes in the areas of estate planning, trusts, business succession planning, asset protection, probate and trust administration.

A well crafted estate plan often assures a smooth transition of assets, including businesses. Ms. Penhaligen is committed to working with her clients to assure that their personal and financial needs are provided for in their estate plan.

Ms. Penhaligen resides in Walnut Creek. She has been a resident of the East Bay since retuning from Southern California after law school in 1987. As an avid SCUBA diver, Ms. Penhaligen has done pro bono work for CORAL which works to preserve coral reef environments around the world.
