Pre-Litigation Attorney Janelle Shewmaker has spent 15 years helping innocent people get the justice and compensation they deserve after an injury. Formerly a bodily injury adjuster for a national insurance company, she knows just what it takes to win a case.

Ms. Shewmaker’s first and foremost focus on clients reflects the foundational values of DeMayo law. She is proud to be part of a legal team committed to guiding clients through the claims process in a kind, compassionate, and transparent way.

Shewmaker got her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking, traveling, and volunteering at the food bank.
