Admitted to the United States District Court Bar for the Northern District of Illinois December 2000.
I practice in primarily criminal law. In my practice of criminal law I have handled cases from murder to minor traffic offenses and everything in-between. I also practice family law which involved divorces, custody and visitation disputes, adoptions, child support, and post-decree issues. I am experienced in juvenile matters such as abuse and neglect cases or delinquency. I also practice in administrative court and have handled social security matters, unemployment, and DCFS matters. While in both undergrad and law school, I worked as a judicial advocate at Northern Illinois University in the schools administrative court. That is where I developed my love for criminal defense.
