Janine A. Guillen is a principal at her firm and offers services in Trusts & Estates, including estate planning, business planning, probate/trust settlement, guardianships/conservatorships, and related litigation.  Asset integration services are also provided. Janine earned her JD at the University of Denver, and has an MBA, an LLM (Tax), and an undergraduate degree in nursing.  Janine is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.  Janine maintains her Colorado nursing license and worked in health care operations before her law career.

Janine is a frequently requested speaker and teaches continuing education courses at CPE4U and AES to CPAs, Certified Financial Planners, insurance professionals, and attorneys.  She has guest lectured at the DU law school and presents at conferences.
