Jared N. Leland is a partner in the corporate practice of Elliott & Davis.  Mr. Leland concentrates his practice 
in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate
 governance, litigation, arts and entertainment, natural resources, and 
strategic business counsel. Mr. Leland regularly structures transactions
 involving the acquisition and divestiture of assets, manages corporate legal 
affairs, and counsels clients with respect to capital formation and
 development. Mr. Leland was selected to be a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer /
Rising Star in 2008 and 2013. Before joining the firm, Mr. Leland was a 
partner in the corporate practice of a Pittsburgh-based law firm and a
principal of the firm’s business advisory affiliate. He also was spokesman
 and legal counsel for a Washington, DC-based law firm specializing in
 constitutional, federal, and state law litigation.
