Jarrett Avery Archer is the founder of Avery Archer Law Firm, LLC, where he provides dedicated legal representation in both Georgia and Florida. A Sandersville, Georgia native, he graduated from Berry College with a degree in history before pursuing his legal career at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Avery graduated as valedictorian in 2020, earning multiple honors, including the Honorable Harold R. Banke Advocacy Award and membership in the Order of the Quill.

During law school, Avery distinguished himself through academic excellence, receiving 10 CALI Awards and publishing work in the AJMLS Law Review. He gained valuable courtroom experience as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta mock trial team and through internships at various Atlanta law firms. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he began practicing as a provisionally licensed attorney, further sharpening his litigation skills.

Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2020 and the Florida Bar in 2022, Avery became a named partner at a Decatur-based firm before launching his own practice. Committed to providing personalized legal solutions, he is a member of multiple professional organizations. Outside of his practice, Avery enjoys time with his wife, Hanna, their children, and supporting the Atlanta Falcons.
