Mr. Marker founded Marker & Associates, Attorneys at Law, P.C. in 2013 to focus on helping people injured at work or by the negligence of others. Mr. Marker spent his early years as a workers' compensation defense attorney. In 2004, Mr. Marker began representing injury victims and leveraged the insight gleaned from his experience as a defense practitioner to help his seriously injured clients recover for their injuries. Since then Mr. Marker has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He believes an attorney can aggressively represent clients and obtain outstanding results while still maintaining his integrity and treating everyone with respect.

In 2018, Mr. Marker became partners with attorney Jonathan Crannell, who has quickly become an award winning personal injury attorney. Together, they formed Marker & Crannel to continue serving all injury clients in and around the Chicago-land area.

Mr. Marker is very active in the legal community, where he is the member of the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage Bar Association, and the Will County Bar Association.  He has served as the past co-chairman of the Will County Bar Association Civil Committee in 2011-2012. He has given a variety of speaches to organizations on the topics of workers' compensation law.

Mr. Marker has received various awards and honors in the field of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. He was named a "Rising Star" by Superlawyers magazine in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. Thereafter from 2015 to present, he has received the highest award of a "Superlawyer" from superlawyers magazine.

In 2015, Mr. Marker was also selected as an "Emerging Lawyer" by Law Bulletin Publishing Copany's Leading Lawyers in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law. He has received a "10" rating and has been selected as a "Top Atttorney" on .
