Prior to his Of Counsel work with Peters & Associates, Jason opened an office for a regional firm and was the managing attorney for the Las Vegas office representing plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury cases. Jason can help you get the results you want with the skills and strategies he has used to bring success to others.

In addition to handling cases in state and federal courts in Nevada, he has also handled cases before state and federal administrative agencies. He has successfully arbitrated and mediated many cases. Jason will give the same attention to you that he has given to all his clients.

Jason has lived in Las Vegas the majority of his life, but grew up in Pennsylvania and Florida. He also lived in California while attending Pepperdine University School of Law. He enjoys staying active and playing golf. He is also a fan of spectator sports and enjoys following the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates as well as the Penn State Nittany Lions and UNLV Runnin’ Rebels.

Jason lives in Summerlin where he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son.
