Biography
Jason Reichlyn is a member of Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and Dentons' Insurance sector. Jason concentrates his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in both state and federal courts nationwide. In particular, Jason advises domestic and international clients on pre-suit claim investigations, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and declaratory judgment actions when litigation is necessary. His litigation experience also includes significant motions practice through trial and appeal.
A graduate of Tulane University Law School, Jason was both managing editor and symposium editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, during which he organized and moderated a law symposium in 2011. While in law school, Jason was a tax law research assistant, volunteered more than 50 pro bono hours through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and interned with Barclays Capital PLC in London, England, where he focused on structured finance and financial services regulation.
