Jason Astle provides clients with solutions to problems and disputes either before, during, or after a law suit has been filed. His practice is focused primarily on litigation in both state and federal courts, but includes some transactional support. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of disputes, ranging from personal injury claims to complex class action and multi-district product liability and banking litigation. Jason communicates with his clients regularly and provides information and strategy relating to all aspects of the litigation process using a goal-oriented approach to achieve favorable outcomes. Jason's career includes a clerkship with the Colorado Supreme Court, the federal court in the Southern District of New York, and litigating in New York and Colorado state and federal Courts.
