I am a divorce and family law attorney focusing on all aspects of litigation.  I handle cases on issues pertaining to divorce, separation, custody, child support, alimony and equitable distribution.  I also regularly handle non-dissolution cases involving unmarried parents pertaining to custody, parenting time and child support.  I handle all matters pertaining to the marriage, including the preparation of prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and property settlement agreements.  

I enjoy helping clients through one of the most difficult parts of their lives in order to begin their next chapter.  I have a degree in psychology, which allows me to effectively understand my clients' respective feelings and situations.  That, coupled with my law degree and experience in family law assist me with negotiation and resolving matters expeditiously.

I have personally witnessed the effects of divorce among my own family and friends, which enables me to understand what an emotional and difficult time the process can be.  It is my goal to navigate my clients through this often emotional and difficult process.  I advocate vigorously for my clients and safeguard their interests while negotiating and settling cases.

I live in Morris County and practice in Morris, Union, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Somerset, Warren, Hunterdon, Sussex and Middlesex counties.
