Jason D. Minard focuses his practice primarily in the areas of  general and commercial litigation, including banking, corporate and business litigation; corporate and business law; contractual disputes; criminal defense and traffic law matters; DWI defense;and real estate. He advises corporations, business executives, real estate owners and developers, investors and lending institutions. He is also counsel for The Michael Oremus Foundation Inc., a charitable organization formed to honor the spirit and memory of Michael Oremus, who was shot down by a sniper bullet while fighting for our country. He is admitted to the bar of the state of New York and appears regularly in state and federal courts.

Prior to forming Minard Law, Mr. Minard was an associate of one of the largest general practice firms in the Hudson Valley. Mr. Minard attended the University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of the Dean's List. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management and was also a member of the National Dean's List.
