Our personal injury department has achieved record breaking verdicts - helping those who have been injured due to the negligence of another. We handle all sorts of personal injury matters. The majority of our cases involve car accidents. We are proud to have developed a nice in representing injured Uber drivers and Uber passengers (also Lyft drivers and passengers). 

I pride myself in not only working hard for my clients but also being a devoted husband, father and leader in the community. I sit on the board-of-directors of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, North Dade Bar Association (of which I am a past president), the North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and on an 11th Judicial Circuit Florida Bar Grievance Committee in Miami. I am also a proud member of Leadership Broward, Class XXXII, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). In 2007 I received a proclamation from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin (Jason Neufeld Day) for my civic activism

I earned my Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and obtained my Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.
