Jason Forcier focuses his practice on workers' compensation, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents. Nunez Law Firm also handles Criminal Defense and Immigration cases. As the Managing Attorney for the firm's Workers' Compensation department, Jason prides himself on providing highly effective representation while efficiently managing litigations costs. Jason is also a licensed Realtor and soccer and basketball referee.

Prior to joining Nunez Law Firm, Jason founded AZ Immigration Pros™ and the Counsel Realty™, and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Phoenix Immigration Court, primarily researching and writing court opinions for the various immigration judges. Jason also worked at the Office of Chief Counsel for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Additionally, Jason served as a law clerk for a major immigration defense firm and was responsible for several winning arguments to permit his clients to remain in the United States and adjust status to Lawful Permenant Resident (LPR).

While in law school, Jason served as the Executive Managing Editor and Author of published work for the Arizona Summit Law Review. He also was a Law Clerk under the supervision of Hon. Warren Granville at the Maricopa County Superior Court.
