Jason is the founder and managing partner of Polcyn Law, LLC and has substantial background in criminal and family law. Jason has repsresented a wide variety of clients from corporations to individuals, including juveniles/minors and Spanish speaking clients. Clients refer to Jason as down to earth and real. Jason will do everything within the law to assist his clients and ensure they understand the laws and the process as he guides them through their matter. He is very compassionate with his clients, as he understands they are usually going through the hardest times of their lives. Jason prefers to be in the courtroom litigating for his clients and this is exemplified in that, in the eight years he has been practicing law, he has only lost one jury trial, at this point in time. Coming from a blue-collar family, he is a first-generation attorney. When not practicing law, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time/exploring the outdoors with his wife, kids, and dog.
