Jason is a trial attorney with a wide range of first hand jury trial experience. He routinely helps those injured in car wrecks and their families. In 2016, he helped a family obtain one of the largest settlements in Missouri that year, $15.5 million.  He received the David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award in 2002 in recognition of his outstanding achievement in appellate practice.  In addition to defending lawsuits against hospitals, nurses and physicians, he also represents medical and other professionals in licensing cases before Missouri's professional licensing boards, and routinely hadnles complex business litigations cases.  Jason is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Cole County Bar Association and the Jefferson City West Rotary Club.  He is a Past President and served for more than a decade on the Board of Directors of Missouri KidsFirst, an organization committed to preventing child abuse and neglect.
