Jason is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of legal representation and real estate market advice. He focuses his practice on real estate, short sale, foreclosure alternatives, and alternative dispute resolution.

After working for a private litigation firm, Jason formed Wells Law Group in 2010 to strengthen his commitment and ability to empower struggling home owners and investors throughout the Phoenix metro area. His hands on involvement in the Arizona real estate community sets him apart from many of his colleagues as one who deals with short sales and foreclosure alternative on a daily basis.

Jason attended Brigham Young University where he earned bachelor’s degree in communications.  He later graduated from cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College at Arizona State University.  Along the way he was also named a Pedrick Scholar in his second and third years. This same focus and dedication can be seen in the way he practices law and represents his clients.
