Jason has been practicing law with Glasheen, Valles & Inderman since 2003 when he graduated from Baylor University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in 2000. Jason is a personal injury attorney and wrongful death litigator for the firm.

He has successfully handled a variety of cases including, auto/truck wreck cases, gas plant explosions, oilfield accidents and agricultural accidents, and various on-the-job injury cases. He also handles cases all over the state of Texas, as well as venues from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jason is experienced in litigating all types of claims, from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic brain injuries and accidents resulting in quadriplegia.

A rare honor, Jason was selected to the Texas Rising Star list as an up-and-coming injury attorney in Texas each year since 2012. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state under 40 years old are named to the list. Jason is also an AV-preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating demonstrates that an attorney has earned the highest rating available for their legal ability and professional ethics

He is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Jason has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on issues dealing with personal injury cases and he was nominated as an outstanding young attorney in 2006-2007 by the Lubbock County Bar Association.
