Jason is a partner at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice focuses on representing individuals, businesses, officers, directors, shareholders, and partners in matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the Georgia Department of Revenue, and other state taxing authorities. He represents taxpayers during tax audits, tax appeals, and tax collection procedures. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. He furthered his education by pursuing an LL.M. Master of Law degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law. While in law school, Jason developed a passion for helping others and those less fortunate with their tax issues. Jason worked for a year and a half at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at the Georgia State University College of Law. There he helped taxpayers who could not afford legal representation with their federal income tax issues. Jason continues to serve the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic as an Advisory Board member and by funding the Jason and Allyson Wiggam Fellowship for current clinic students.
