Javier is a partner at Lundmark, Barberich, LaMont & Slavin. Javier is bilingual and is a native Arizonan.

He is a Certified Specialist Workers’ Compensation, Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to joining our Law Offices, Javier was in-house counsel for CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, the State’s largest workers’ compensation insurer. Javier has also done a great deal of Applicant litigation for several years and therefore understands the practice from all perspectives.

Javier strives to help our clients understand their legal rights and obligations when faced with workers’ compensation claims. He helps our clients understand the basics of compensability in Arizona, such as what constitutes a compensable claim and other factors that play into workers’ compensation according to state law.

Javier received his Juris Doctorate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.

Javier is involved in numerous community organizations and is currently a Board Member with Open Hearts, a family & child service organization.
