I am Jay Moffitt, a TN attorney who loves video games and helping people fight too-diligent creditors. I’ve been a computer tech, a computer salesman, a web page designer, a web design salesman, a software negotiator, and a software rep. I work freelance in appropriate circumstances, and also for a downtown firm with a long reputation for representing Memphis middle-class. But I still hate lawyers – they’re an evil necessity – but it’s better than fight to the death.
