My 33 years of experience will assure you that I will anticipate issues that many less experienced estate planners would never anticipate.   I endeavor to make sure that every client fully and completely understands each and every document prepared for them as well as the complete probate administration process. As a result, much of my estate administration business comes from my estate planning clients who are faced with administering their parent's estates.   Estate planning is a process that requires a complete understanding of the client's situation and goals. My staff and I will devote the time necessary to complete your estate planning documents in a timely and  professional manner.

Jay G. Fischer graduated from Pennsylvania StateUniversity in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in1977, where he was a member of the Law Review. He also received the American Juris Prudence Award in Trusts and Estatesin 1977.

 Jay G. Fischer was admitted topractice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on October 28, 1977, theSupreme Court of the United States on January 23, 1984, and the United StatesDistrict Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on September 1, 1982.

 He is a member of the ChesterCounty Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He has served on the Chester County BarAssociation Board of Directors, is an active member of the Chester County BarAssociation and Pennsylvania Bar Association Probate Committees and a member ofthe Chester County Estate Planning Council.

 He has been active in manycommunity organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of theDowningtown Area Chamber of Commerce and as its President in 2001 and 2008; onthe Board of Directors of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animalsand as its President from 1995 to 2000 ; and as an Assistant Scoutmaster withHopewell Troop 8, Chester County Council, Boy Scouts of America from 1993 to 2005.
