Biography

I have been a lawyer for 20 years. Previously I was a podiatric surgeon then elected to attend UF law school. In addition I was an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University and University of North Florida. At this stage in my varied careers, I volunteer extensively at legal aid defending consumers against all types of debt and collection issues including credit card lawsuits, foreclosure, homeowner's association tactics, credit reporting errors, repossessions, garnishments etc.

In addition, I continue to consult with other lawyers as to medical malpractice cases. I have been involved in podiatry malpractice cases throughout the U.S. during my 20 year legal career.
