Representing financial institutions and corporate clients in the enforcement of creditor's rights and remedies through the development and implementation of collection, liquidation, and restructuring strategies for problem relationships. Assisting clients with loan document review services, foreclosure proceedings, workouts, restructuring and collection actions.

Creditor Representation in Bankruptcy Cases and Bankruptcy Litigation-
Assisting clients with the filing and defense of claims, motions for relief from stay, evaluation and negotiation of plan treatment, reclamation claims, lease issues, and bankruptcy litigation, including the evaluation and defense of preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance claims.

Commercial Finance-
Representing clients in commercial finance, real estate finance, and project finance matters.

Chapter 11 Debtor Representation-
Representing Chapter 11 Debtors-in-Possession and partners and shareholders of Debtors-in-Possession.
