Jeanne Marie Cella, Esq. has been practicing Bankruptcy law for 40 years, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor graduate of Duke University Law School. After graduating from Duke, Ms. Cella served in Federal District and Appellate Court as a Federal Law Clerk in the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Cella was appointed Deputy District Attorney of the District Attorney’s Office of Delaware County, Pennsylvania where she prosecuted for eighteen years.

She is a former President of the Board of Commissioners of Marple Township, Pennsylvania and a former Marple Township Planning Commissioner and Municipal Solicitor.

Ms. Cella’s practice spans forty years and is concentrated in bankruptcy and wills, trusts, and estates.
