Jeff Pham has devoted his career to counseling businesses and providing them with the legal expertise required to realize their goals.

Mr. Pham began his career as corporate counsel to CoreLogic, Inc. (NYSE: CLGX), the world’s largest provider of real estate data and analytics. During his tenure, Mr. Pham advised the company on a broad array of legal matters—from routine business transactions, to trade secret enforcement, to international corporate acquisitions.

Mr. Pham founded Founders First Law, APC in 2025. His practice now focuses on the full range of business law matters that companies encounter most frequently in their operations, including business entity formations, commercial real estate leases, employment agreements, vendor contracts, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, and intellectual property licenses. He prides himself on delivering insightful, practical, and cost-effective legal solutions on behalf of his clients, and takes a personal interest in their success.
