Biography
Jeff graduated from Virginia Tech where he was President of the Student Government. He attended law school at The Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. Jeff has lectured at the Norfolk Police Academy as well as on behalf of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and for the Virginia State Bar where he served on the Criminal Law Section Board of Governors. Jeff has been recognized as one of Virginia’s Legal Elite by Virginia Business Magazine.
