Mr. Cohen is the managing partner for the Cohen Business Law Group, apc whch has two offices in Los Angeles and El Segundo, California. He is also the Founder and Director of InternetLitigators an internet business organization founded in 1999 for internet business owners. Mr Cohen handles all aspects of business litigation as well as transactional and statutory compliance issues, including contracts, licensing, intellectual property, Internet Law, DMCA Arbitration, URS ARbitration, electronic marketing and advertising, mergers and aquisitions as well as general business strategy.

Mr. Cohen has over 28 years of significant business law trial experience having successfully tried many cases to final verdict. He has mediated, arbitrated, negotiated and settled a large number of other cases in addition.

He is a regular guest lecturer on Business Law in the UCLA Anderson School of Management, mentor and advisor for many companies as well as a regular speaker and featured contributor to written publications in the area of Internet law and business law.
