Jeffrey Gourgon represents clients in a wide array of personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He is a skilled negotiator and has an in-depth understanding of personal injury. Jeffrey knows the ins and outs of how personal injury matters are evaluated by insurance companies, having represented hundreds of clients in defense-side personal injury matters.

Jeffrey received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University. During law school, Jeffrey worked as a Law Clerk in a civil litigation firm, standing up for the rights of elder abuse victims.

Prior to attending college, Jeffrey served with the United States Marine Corps and is a combat veteran.
