Jeffrey B. Hodge is a partner with Laterra & Hodge, LLC, where he practices exclusively in the area of divorce and family law at both the trial court and appellate level.  He has represented clients in contested matrimonial cases, custody disputes, post-judgment modification actions and domestic violence actions.  Jeffrey is a former judicial law clerk with the Honorable Diane Pincus, Judge of the Superior Court, Family Part, Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Jeffrey graduated from Harvard College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 2002, earning his A.B. in Economics.  In 2006, Jeffrey graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, earning his Juris Doctorate Degree.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.  Jeffrey is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
