Jeff Bradford is a trial attorney at Tonkon Torp LLP.  He represents business clients in state and federal court in various matters, including disputes regarding contracts and commercial transactions, duties of directors and officers, shareholder rights, business torts, and professional malpractice. Additionally, he has experience representing businesses in arbitration and mediation. Jeff works regularly both with small, local businesses and national corporations, guiding them through disputes as well as advising them on preventative best practices. He also represents nonprofit clients in litigation and private dispute resolution.

Before attending law school, Jeff was manager of training services for BrainStorm, Inc., a Utah-based software training company.
