Texas educated, I earned my law degree at Southern Methodist University in 1990 after receiving my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. 

Soon after earning my law license, I joined a blue chip law firm in downtown Dallas where I learned the legal maneuvers used by large hospitals and insurance corporations. I grew tired of padding the bottom line for corporations while watching those genuinely hurt go without justice, and joined a large Dallas law firm where I began representing people injured by the negligence of others.

In 1995, I founded Rasansky Law Firm. Over time, our reputation for successful results, professionalism and superior skills has grown Rasansky Law Firm into one of the most prestigious personal injury law firms in the country. Since beginning my legal career, I have won tens of millions of dollars for clients who have been catastrophically injured by the neglect of others.
