Hi, my name is Jeff Fouts and I’m an Estate Planning Attorney.

Jeff is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia (since 1993). He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has attended the Investment Training Institute. Jeff is also a registered investment advisor to assist clients with their financial planning.

He has served clients in all 50 states, as well as 29 foreign countries. He has been admitted to:

When not working on his clients’ behalf, Jeff enjoys reading, walking, shooting sports, and getting alone in a quiet place to think. Jeff’s ancestors have been living in North Georgia since 1860. He and his wife, Laura, have two adult children, Alex and Eden.
