Welcome to Lawyergist. I hope this personal bio may offer you some insight as to selecting an attorney. By way of backgroung, I have been in private practice since 1996. I formerly worked at the Ocean county Surrogate's Office in Toms River, New Jersey as Staff Attorney and then Special Deputy Surrpogate. I processed all application in the Superior Court part of the Court. In private practice, I ahve stayed int he Elder Law and Estate areas of practice.
