Biography

J. Kyle Gaines is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Kyle’s practice focuses on asbestos-related toxic tort and environmental litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle represented applicants in workers’ compensation cases conducting legal research, deposing medical experts, drafting motions and assisting applicants during depositions.

In law school, Kyle competed as a Thomas Jefferson mock trial team member. His experience includes interning at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and the Law Offices of G. Cole Casey.
