Jeffrey Flynn has been practicing Social Security, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law since 1992 and has over 20 years experience helping clients fight the government and the insurance companies. A graduate of Emory Law School in 1992, he was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society. He began representing Social Security disability clients when working for the Legal Clinic for the Homeless in Atlanta, Georgia while at Emory Law School and has represented social security clients throughout the United States.

He has offices in both Georgia and Colorado. He is a member of the National Association of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and is admitted to the practice of law in the United States District Court, State Supreme Court and State Appellate Court.
