Jeffrey Thayer’s practice emphasizes personal injury, medical malpractice, and disputes with insurance companies. He exclusively represents injured parties in all aspects of claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, including car accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and first-party disputes with insurance companies (denial of motor vehicle PIP claims and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims).

Jeff is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, and the Federal District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Jeff worked as a judicial law clerk in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and performed contract work for attorneys in the Portland area, working on claims involving car accidents and products liability.

Jeff maintains an active trial practice and has litigated injury claims for clients in counties throughout Oregon and Washington.
