Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Jeffrey Gronich studied at the University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor's Degree. Upon his graduation, Jeff was drawn to the bright lights of Las Vegas, NV, and pursued a career as a table games dealer. Jeff worked as a dealer and floor supervisor in various hotels both on and off the Strip where he learned about life as a front line employee. He also learned about the delicate relationship between the employer and employee.

Jeff attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he devoted a significant amount of time studying employment law. Upon his graduation, Jeff worked at a small law firm in Henderson, NV, which specialized in employment law.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling, playing golf, softball, and racquetball, and playing with his dog, Crockett.
