I have a true passion for helping injured workers get the benefits and treatment they deserve.  Workers compensation can be a difficult system, so an injured person wants to make sure that they find an attorney who understands the difficulties they face and is willing to fight their battles for them.  As a second generation workers compensation attorney with over ten years of experience, I understand the ins and outs of this difficult system and am dedicated to doing everything in my power to get injured persons the results they deserve. I have previously been honored to have served as the chair of the Ohio Association for Justice's Workers Compensation section and I currently am the editorof the Ohio Workers Compensation Journal.  I have also previously served as a volunteer professor at the University of Cincinnati Medical School in the Department of Occupational Medicine and continue to give periodic lectures to physicians which help them to better understand workers compensation.  Most importantly, I strive to do what is right, and, in the workers compensation system, what is right is fighting for working people.
