AV rated (since 2002) and Super Lawyer selected for over 17 years, Jeffrey W. Cowan is an employment and business trial lawyer based in Beverly Hills.

Jeffrey has tried (and won) multiple jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations; and recovered millions of dollars for his clients via individual lawsuits and class action lawsuits -- including a class action against Donald Trump's golf club in Rancho Palos Verdes.  Most recently, Jeffrey won a 4 week jury trial in 2022 by defeating a $20 million claim for trade secret theft and unfair business practices.  Jeffrey also has considerable appellate experience.  His published appellate decisions are Kim V. J. F. Enterprises, 42 Cal. App. 4th 849 (1996), and Cowan v. Krayzman, 196 Cal. App. 4th 907 (2011).
