Admitted to practice in Michigan and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Armed Forces, Sixth, Seventh, and Federal Circuits; and, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Western District of Tennessee.

Certified Arbitrator and Mediator - commercial and securities law.

Certified Emergency Manager, IAEM. Knowledgeable in Homeland Security issues. Leadership volunteer and National Instructor - American Red Cross, with specialties in administration, government liaison, communications, public affairs, logistics, international humanitarian law, and international relief development. Emergency communications/amateur radio operator - Federal Emergency Management Adency/State of Michigan, and ARES-ARRL.

Experienced in drafting grant proposals, requests for quotations, request for proposals, negotiating agreements, servicing contracts and providing project/program management.
