- Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of industrial/office/retail projects, including the purchase and sale of business assets.
- Represent developers converting residential & commercial buildings into condominiums.
- Represent plat owners with preparation of CC&Rs and related homeowners association documents.
- Represent homeowners associations with various needs ranging from updating documents to enforcement issues.
- Represent property owners seeking code variances and zoning changes, needing to quiet title to land or have easements and/or covenants prepared.
- Represent landlords and tenants with the preparation and negotiation of leases and tenant improvement construction contracts.
- Represent achitects and contractors with the preparation of contracts and liens.
- Represent business owners in a variety of business matters including debt collection.
